When you do yoga from the beginning, you will remember that you do not get it fast. You will need to start it from the beginner level. You start it with the sun salutation exercise which is usually used for warm-up session. Here, you will need to do basic poses and you will need to keep the rhythm well by inhale and exhale slowly. However, of course you want to make your yoga improved. You will want to be able to do some more difficult poses.
